By accessing or using the Artifact Engine platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including agencies, consultancies, and individual operators.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Artifact Engine immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Artifact Engine is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated infrastructure — are the exclusive property of Artifact Engine and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Platform leverages AI to generate content, automate workflows, and support agency operations. You retain ownership of content you input into the Platform. Artifact Engine retains rights to anonymized usage data for platform improvement. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs before deployment.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Artifact Engine reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
7. Termination
Artifact Engine may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artifact Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Artifact Engine in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Artifact Engine does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artifact Engine is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
11. Changes to These Terms
Artifact Engine reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
